Our process includes;
- Role Analysis. Role analysis involves reviewing the documentation available for the role such as JDs and role specifications. We also have conversations with the line manager to understand where the role would fall in the organizational structure, the technical requirements for the role, the company culture and what personality would best fit in with the team, as well as developing internal screening tools.
- Market Analysis. Market analysis plays a crucial role in our executive search and selection processes. It involves assessing the current state of the market, understanding industry trends, and analyzing the talent landscape to identify potential candidates for the requisitioned executive positions. At this stage we are able to support the client understand the talent availability, offer compensation benchmarking insights, as well as identify key companies we can get the specified talent from.
- Talent Mapping. Talent mapping involves identifying and profiling potential candidates for the specified executive roles within the organization or externally. - Screening. The interviewing process leads to the selection stage in which the interviewing team prefers a candidate or 2 for the role.
- Psychometric Assessments. For senior roles, at the initial stages we run cognitive or aptitude tests, once the interviews are completed and a candidate is preferred, we run leadership and personality assessments to measure their suitability to fit into the preferred roles as well as to develop a training plan for them.
- Background Screening. Under the background screening stage, we look to confirm the accuracy of the candidates’ educational certificates, professional qualifications, work experience, and achievement details.
- Candidate Check in and Follow Up. Once we complete an executive hire, we ensure we keep in touch with the candidate and offer any kind of support that might be needed to assist them excel in the role.
